Sattva: Sattva, meaning "whole", is an intuitive journey that incorporates Kundalini kriya, meditation, free movement and Hatha asana (for grounding) to allow each student to embody a new way of being and their unique expression. While the practice can be very physical, Sattva is suitable for all practitioners regardless of previous experience. This style is not offered anywhere in the New York City area.

Kundalini: Known as the Yoga of Awareness, Kundalini is an ancient technology that follows a precise and systematic series of movements, mantras and breath that penetrate your mind, body and spirit. This practice shakes up static energy, balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands lung capacity, and purifies the blood.
